SGF26 – Reacciones Story Rich Games, Green Games Showcase, Future Games Show y Frosty Game Fest. ¡Y listados de más de un centenar de juegos!

En esta ocasión os traemos un combo de cuatro eventos de reacciones de eventos celebrados durante el marco del Summer Game Fest 2026, con los listados de juegos y sus correspondientes fechas de lanzamiento, en el caso de que las hubiera. Prepárate para todo un aluvión de novedades procedentes del Story Rich Games, Green Games Showcase, Future Games Show y Frosty Game Fest, siendo todos estos cuatro eventos emitidos el sábado 6 de junio de 2026. Ese mismos día también pudimos ver el Southeast Asian Games Showcase y el Wholesome Direct 2026.

 

Como comentábamos en anteriores artículos, no debería extrañarte la falta de juegos para Nintendo Switch 2 en este evento. Por un lado en estos eventos sucede muy a menudo que, horas o incluso días después, juegos anunciados para otras plataformas eran confirmados también para Nintendo Switch 1. También ocurría que terminaron llegado meses o años más tarde. Teniendo en cuenta que algunos estudios incluso a día de hoy todavía no cuentan con kits de desarrollo de Nintendo Switch 2, y que lo que hemos visto está cerca de ser finalizado, es muy probable que todavía no hayan abordado el lanzamiento para esta consola. En otras palabras: tiempo al tiempo.

 

Story Rich Games

Evento dedicado a juegos cuya narrativa es el eje central de los mismos, que nos mostró los siguientes 35 videojuegos. Ojito con Catechesis, lo tenemos fichadísimo y estamos esperando que algún día sea anunciado para Nintendo Switch / Nintendo Switch 2.

Green Games Showcase

La temática central del Green Games Showcase nos encanta: juegos que tratan de concienciar a la gente para que cuiden nuestro planeta. Sin embargo, tenemos que decir que la forma en la que se organizó esta presentación hizo que fuese la presentación que menos nos gustó de todas las del Summer Game Fest, al menos las que hemos visto hasta ahora. ¡Ojo! Los 29 juegos que se mostraron entre charla y charla merecieron mucho la pena, aunque alguno de ellos no encajara mucho con la temática. Y también estuvo bien ver «al perro escapar». Además, se mostró uno de los títulos que más me han llamado la atención de los anunciados para Nintendo Switch 2: Hela: of Mice & Magic.

Future Games Show

El Future Game Show, junto al PC Gaming Show, y sin contar al propio Summer Game Fest, son los eventos de los que puedes esperar más participación third party y juegos más sonados entre los jugadores. Y así, de este evento, pudimos ver cerca de 50 juegos, algunos destinados a Nintendo Switch 2, como Arizona Sunshine y Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis, también para Nintendo Switch como Vampire Survivors: Legacy of the Bloodmoon.

Frosty Games Fest

Es la primera vez que cubrimos un Frosty Games Fest por lo que no sabíamos qué podríamos esperar ver. Esta presentación está destinada a dar visibilidad a videojuegos creados en Australia, Aotearoa y Nueva Zelanda. ¿El resultado? Propuestas indie la mar de divertidas y locas. Fue de las más sorprendentes y variadas que hemos visto este año. De los 51 juegos que se mostraron, tan solo dos tienen anunciada versión Nintendo Switch, por lo que no se mencionó a su sucesora ni una sola vez.
